Wygwag

Our Story

Wygwag exists to talk business

Over the last two decades I have worked with hundreds of business owners in almost every sector and industry.

Throughout that time most of the business owners have shared the same complaint, ‘that they have no-one to talk with about work’.

Often their family and friends are supportive of the business. However they don’t have the time – or the understanding – to be a good sounding board.

Alternatively they may be terrific to discuss ideas with … until they disagree with one and feel they can’t safely challenge the business owner, for fear of causing upset.

Of course there are professional services that exist to support business. These would include accountants, banks, business consultants, business mentors, personal and business coaches.

There are also significant online resources available for business owners. These include training courses, webinars, social media networks and document templates.

In reality though the professional services tend to be formal, slow and prohibitively expensive. While the online resources tend to be incomplete, time-consuming and inefficient.

This inability for business owners to talk about their business, leads to a lack of focus on new ideas. In turn this translates to many great ideas not progressing, and simply being forgotten. Leaving that horrid, lingering feeling of regret for the business owners.

Wygwag was born to fill that hole. To remove the uncertainty and the feeling of loneliness. We love to talk business.

As the UK’s first Online Business Improvers, Wygwag are flexible to your specific business needs and commit to provide you the support you require. This may be with a focussed development area (packages) or regular ongoing sessions.

Wygwag ensures accountability for you as a business owner. All sessions end with a clear agreed objective and a clear rationale for why. This will positively support the medium and long-term goals of your business.

The Original: real time and real benefit

Does Wygwag know about business?

All our interactions – be it ongoing or as a package – are based around the Wygwag Way. Our analytical model for every business.

We identify that a business operation contains three time elements – the long, medium and short-term.

We believe that a clear long-term business purpose is key. With this settled the business can focus on the five key strategy areas to drive the business forward: products, finance, customer journey, brand and staff.

That’s a little about us. When you’re ready, we’d love to chat and hear about your business.
